Trending @Wipro; IMSG to embedded resource in same project. But not received hike

I was in desktop support Engineer in wipro last 4 years then I changed my profile desktop support Engineer to software engineer in same project it's means I was in IMSG user group but now I am a embedded resource and also completed 1 year . Please tell me when my salary increases by Wipro. Bcos I am working with my old salary package.
