If I went anywhere from the screen for 5 min…. Or I didn’t move the screen and just thinks about the task. It asks for the reason.
Please take an opportunity to inform this situation up to the Account Manager. So that account manager can discuss with the client about the need to install such software for Wipro colleagues. If the client is so particular, you can request manager to release, being micro managed. But, if you get an answer in compliance point of view, you can't defend well.
Tell them you went for a dump. And if they want proof send a selfie sitting on the commod. I hope they won't ask after that.
If Wipro is installing ProHance surveillance software then do the following :
- check using ChatGPT, DeepSeek or Gemini what is the solution to avoid getting those popup alerts.
- Create or run some automated tools/ softwares which will prevent the screen from sleeping or move the mouse cursor after some idle time
