Listen if its a medical emergency then you can get RA Go on my request 🙂
But you will have to provide all dr documents and then get it approved from your manager and Hr
Oh yes one more thing 1st you have to submit the documents on email to MANAGER N HR
They Hr will inform how many days WFH you can get after checking medical conditions

Get yourself an evening/night shift assigned with WFH checked by your PL or Manager and you can work from home

Usually if it’s a medical emergency and if you have to stay home because of it then you can mail to your HR and manager asking for WFH. They can approve it as per the reason you’ve mentioned in the mail.
