Trending @Wipro; I resigned only 10 days left nobody contacted or no discussion regarding resignation revoke.

One of the senior manager recently told that if someone wants to resign then nobody will try to retain them, so don't expect HR or any other person will contact you to stay. He also said that even no body try to retain C1, C2 level

Yup. 13 days left but no one reached out regarding the exit. Client is under the impression that Wipro management will convince me to withdraw my resignation and not even looking for a replacement. Though I feel no point staying back as not much growth opportunities left here, still I wonder how Wipro is letting go critical senior ppl this easily.

Same here, it's been more than a month i have resigned, still not contacted by my HR

Many people resigned that we wanted them to go and they resigned so it was a golden chance.

I resigned and contacted by HR once to just confirm whether still interested to stay here, after no reply to message or call back.

Why do you want them to contact you? If the account you are working wanted to ratain you, they will ask hr to contact you. Otherwise no one cares if you want to go out or revoke
