I wasted lots of my time using my phone and YouTube. I became lazi and demotivated. Procrastinate almost everyday until work is urgent. Now I am out of practice and lost confidence. Now I want to start learning and making projects again but I procrastinate and focus on eating junk food, sleeping and Entertainment. I sleep late , wake up late, do not exercise. How to get back on track?

I just getting out of exact same situation. I will share few tips .
1 start with 30 min every day learning
2 uninstall insta, fb, install noscroll app that will block reels on your phone
3 gradually increase 30 min to 1 hr then 2 hours of learning
4 i preferred learning at night as I was also late sleeper
5 in evening 7 to 7:30 start doing some yoga / meditation it will help consentrate and improve sitting stamina
6 start developing interest in new learning
7 start with small achievable goles
8 first pick thing you like most (I picked cloud architecture as it was my area of interest)
9 don't fool yourself

In the Wipro mail box, search for mailers from 'wipro wellbeing '.Scroll to the bottom and you will find the links .This is the easiest way.
Else , you can raise a ticket asking you to redirect you to the EAP .
Today being both the start of the week and month, chances are high that the well being mailer will be flashed with all the upcoming wellness and awareness sessions.
I am talking about the mailer that has the yoga and HIIT session timings and doctor consultation timings.The same mailer will have EAP link
