Trending @Wipro; I just got promoted in this promotion cycle. How much of a hike should I expect from AA to B1?

Wipro is my first company, and I’m happy to share that I’ve finally received a promotion after working here for 3.15 to 3.5 years.
Currently, my CTC is ₹4 LPA. I would like to know what kind of hike or revised CTC I should realistically expect with this promotion.
Additionally, I want to highlight that the process I’m currently working in is expected to ramp down in the next two months.

Also, please suggest if I should switch now after getting a promotion?
It would be better to switch after 3 months. Because if there was some hike happened and if the other employee ask for proof of hiked salary you can provide the pay slip.
20 percent hike.
Always switch between December to April so you can get the hike percentage and your appraisal for the next year won't matter because you would have served NP before release of ratings.
