Trending @Wipro; I joined as a NGA in Wipro so after 2 years I have to get billability from the client side

I joined wipro as a NGA in the year 2024 so as I get information that for the first 2 years wipro will give salary by their end no client billability is important but after 2 years I have to get client billability otherwise i will not get the salary by the end of wipro. So can anyone help me with this clarification
