Trending @Wipro; I have received PIP for 3month in appraisal page and I am in billable status till half September। Please suggest me what's this?

After the PIP manager will probably give his ratings again....if u have performed well during this period u will be kept in the project or else removed

This means your manager thinks that your performance is not upto mark. Have a call with him and ask the reason. Then try to improve your performance. Alternatively start to find opportunities outside wipro.

Pip is performance improvement program , in short to say you dnt do your job well so you are back on probation . If you did the best you can and still got PIP you should start looking out. If you took your role as not a big deal and don’t pay attention then start paying the attention now so that you can come out of it .

Are you elite,turbo(velocity),sim,etc i have seen this to many velocity people in my odc .managers want four degree people rather than b.tech guy because of pay he said openly we were shocked and shunned.
