How much can we withdraw?? Do we need to provide any proof of buying property to withdraw it?

Kinda depends on your basic salary etc , how many years are you with EPFO etc. I withdrew in my 10th Year with EPFO. About 60 percent of my total available balance of 15 lacs.
For less than 3 years with EPFO you have only 1 option that's up to 3 times the Basic salary i think. It's called emergency withdrawal or something like that.
