Trending @Wipro; I have an year left on h1b, my visa expired as I returned to India. I'm on b2. GC can be filed if B3, my band progression was not done.

Posting in comments, as I couldn't type more than 140 words. I am looking to travel next year, what are my options to get my band changed to b3. I have been talking to my delivery manager for past 3 years and they have not done it. I am looking to travel onsite next year. Changing a company, waiting for an year for them to file a gc and go through that takes time. Requesting for suggestions in getting my band changed and wipro is my first company. With Wipro for nearly 15 years now and my salary at Wipro India is 12LPA. I did also had a discussion on the same. I am however, looking to move to onsite on Java fullstack developer roles.
