Yes every bonus will merge with ctc after one year from receiving date as mentioned in the offer letter.Till now 2 bonus had been merged you didn't noticed it??Go to My financial>salary history

It will get merged after 1 year. And you can keep the amount permanently after 2 years of stayin in wipro.

What kind of bonus it is ?

It will get added with CTC after 1 year.

It's given as additional allowance not added in ctc you got full amount At month end.
