Trending @Wipro; I am disappointed with Wipro culture
I joined this month but it feels like I am fed up already in just two weeks
I had a competency manager who I am messaging from the first week of joining that guy is not even replying back . Same with other managers also , the project manager is late in replay but at least he does.
The competency guy told me he would come to the office I was there in the office but he did not show up , During the call I asked about time he said I will be at 2 rather than 3 and 4 in that last he said will talk tomorrow .this is so unprofessional and disappointing ..
People really talk loud in office not just for couples of minutes but hour long personal and office discussion
From my side I am trying to get to the manager and project I have not been approached by others even if I am a new joiner is this normal for any other new joiner ?
Good guys will stop joining wipro soon and they will either have old guns left which would be of no use or they will have freshers who are yet to start learning. It will be unfortunate for freshers that they won't have good guys to help them in learning. Top leadership just cares about profit margins but they don't know that good employees are the backbone and pillars of any successful organisation. It is high time that wipro should start investing in employees well-being and they should start schooling toxic managers about their behaviour with employees, so that skillful person should not fear joining wipro. Adapting the culture from some of the reputed product based organisation might help them in achieving this where employees stay for longer period of time and contribute very well to the growth of organization.

Talking loud is really irritating. I have to sometimes play white noise in my earphones to be able to concentrate on work
Last weak is last for me in wipro. From past 3.7 years I was there and for 6 month on bench. Regularly I was calling and pinging to hr regarding project but no one helped me. Now a days wipro culture and carrier both are in worst condition. Please have a look if anyone want to join wipro.
Which technology you were working on ? Did u have a bad rating?
