Trending @Wipro; How to save ourself from this worst policy of LOP
Hi, Can anyone tell how to save myself from this worst new policy of LOP within 45 days. As I got released from previous project before a month and after a lot of applies on IJP didn't find any suitable opportunity in Delhi NCR.
If anyone know about any opportunity in Noida,Greater Noida, Delhi NCR then your suggestion will be highly appreciable.

Try switching into other organisations
No I am not currently in lop,I am on bench and 45 days going to complete very soon but unable to find any project on ijp as all are for B2 or B3 bands. That's why asking another way to get project other than ijp. Yes looking for switch as well but it's taking time until then looking for project as well. Do you switch to other company?
Can anyone help me in getting a project. Ready for any role.. plz help
