Trending @Wipro; How to prevent giving bonus back
I dropped my paper and served a 3 month notice period. And now in the final settlement hr asked me to give my last 2 year bonus back. I read offer letter there also it mentioned that retention date is till 30 nov 2025 for 1st year bonus and 30 nov 2026 for 2nd Year bonus. Is there any way by which I can make a point and have to give bonus only for 2nd year.
Just raise a ticket and ask politely regarding bonus you can just give a try
Companies have written the norms, so you can't deny them. They will take it back, obviously.

You can't avoid this afaik. If it's retention bonus it will be asked back / deducted from fnf. How many months did you serve in wipro?
