Trending @Wipro; How to get released from my current project before completing 18 months?

I am currently in LOP due to personal reasons. And I don't want to continue in my current project as there is no growth in it. I want to look out for other projects and get tagged according to my tech stack. Any pointers would be helpful. YOE - 6 Tech stack - Java , Spring boot
