It depends on the performance of 3 factors of your business unit or account.

Revenue
Margin
Total Contract Value Then comes Company Performance Multiplier. If it's 1 and those 3 factors have outperformed, then you may receive a 100% bonus. This is how the quarterly variable pays given out.

Last time we had Company Performance Multiplier 1.1 still we got 84.7% variable pay.

What do you think this time how much will % get?

Check in my Financials, it shows variable payout as 100% for this quarter. But what a clever logic, if calculation is below 100% they will that value, if calculation is more than 100% they are giving only 100%.

As per the formula, payout will be 103%, but it is capped to 100%
