Trending @Wipro; How much increment I can expect when progressed from B1 to B2, consider this factor that I joined wipro as a fresher?

Band Promotion is 10% for most of us and it may increase only if there is another cyclic promotion inline with this.

For me it was 10 % cyclic promotion+ 10% Band Promotion l, overall it's 21%
