Trending @Wipro; How much i need to pay if i resign
I joined wipro on the bonus programme Whrerenyou will get bonus as below 6th month 25k 18 monthth 25-75k 24th month 50k-1lakh 36th month 2-2.5lakh
This bouns has 24 months lockin period. Does anyone know how much i need to pay if i resign. I recived 24th month bonus 2 month's ago.
May be no need to return if the bonus ks merged in the ctc after 1year of bonus.
I also want to know if anyone resigned and exempted from returning bonus after 1year
I come to know from others that we have to return if we resign before 24 months lockin period so i need to check with here with someone who resigned

Hi, you need to pay the full bonus money in case you are not going to fully serve the retention period. Once you settle them full money they will send you experience and relieving letter
In my case, the bonus is given in four phases in the 3 yr period - 6, 18 , 24 and 36 months.Now the retention period is 3 yrs or the remaining period I have served/ to be served?
