Trending @Wipro; How much hike % I can get this time?

B2 joined wipro Apr 2022 and working without any hike till now for past two years. My current CTC is 21L. How much % hike I can expect this time? Last time I didn’t get hike due to equality conditions which we received in mail for everyone. Can I expect a hike this time since I didn’t get last time? How much they will give for 3/4 rating?
