Trending @Wipro; How many days is the bench period, 45? What will happen after it if we don't get project?

For band B3 or above the bench period will be 45 days. For Bands below B3 the bench period will be 90 days. After the bench period for the band B3 and above they will be moved to LOP for 90 days. For Bands below B3 I think they will be laid off after the 90 day bench period.
