High in terms of meeting employee expectations and well being compared to past CEO.

Thanks for sharing. My experience has been opposite. Things were way better under previous ceo for employees.

It depends on what your KPIs here.
But if I take Promotions, MSI, Hikes then yes Srini Pallia is better.
Since Srini was already working in Wipro as head of America 1, and then got promoted to CEO, he knows how things work at low as well as high level.
Now from Client POV, picture might be different.
