Trending @Wipro; How can i opt for band promotion?

I have 9 years of experience and band is B2. My manager is saying that for B3 we need 11 years of exp. I am sure that he is lying. How can i go for band promotion,please let me know.

Straight forward, there is no solution. It all depends on manager and how close you are. Just upskill and switch that way will be far better.
