I have joined Wipro has a fresher in May,2022. So I I have total 2.4 Years of experience till now, I am working in a Project currently but I never got any opportunity related to my Domain (Development). Firstly I worked as a Service Desk engineer and currently working in Tool based. Should I stay more here and try to switch internal projects. As, I am not getting any new opportunities outside as I haven't learned anything in wipro yet. Please advice.
Stay proactive. Push for internal project switches and communicate your goals to your manager. Meanwhile, upskill yourself in development. If things don't improve, consider switching companies for better opportunities.
I have almost been in my current project for 1 year. Will manager release me before 18 months of bond? How do I convince him for releasing me (If I'll get any dev project)
