Trending @Wipro; Hi folks, after appraisal ratings release, when the pay increments happens?

Please someone clarify on the appraisal ratings releases, when the pay increments happens? Or is this ratings is not related with the increments ? Please answer!!

As per my Manager words rating don't have any impact on the hike. He mentioned the hike will reflect on the Dec salary only.

Hi, This May June appraisal doesn't affect anything unless u have bonus or something based on the rating they will provide you the Bonus. but there is one more appraisal season at the end of the year, in which they'll not release ratings instead they'll give you hike....
