If I relocate to mumbai with different role what effect in CTC

If you have an option, it’s better not to relocate because your expenses with increase while CTC will be same unless you are getting promoted to a higher role.

I have the option to continue in the existing project EUS(Desktop Support) but the company trained me as Network Data Admin and gave me the opportunity to take up that role but opening at Mumbai location only. I am afraid that the cost of living in Mumbai will be very high. I am only afraid of whether there will be any change in the base CTC or not.

Nothing, you are just changing role not company ( you are shifting from one room to another within same flat. So, room price will not go up or increase).
