Yes we have been told no msi. Ask these mgmt people to go and ask schools not to raise the fee yearly. Govt to not raise prices. Landlords to not raise rents.... Everything rises by default every year. But salary increment is on company choice.... Such an irony.
10 yrs ago.. freshers were hired at 12-13k per month in bpo. Now also freshers hired at 13k per month. Living cost has atleast doubled. We are paying more fee in school from class 6-12 in a decent school leave the hifi school. Paying17-18 k fee for 15 yrs and when the child will join job will be earning just half of that. Someone done graduation wil not even get return of spent money in most cases. where are we headed. Companies have money for acquisition.. floor and cafeteria renovations every year without even need of it.. but cannot pay decent salary or give yearly increment
