Yes not only 9 maintain 9.5 hrs you need to utilise the time lime engage yourself in training, top gear assignments etc

No, as of now time is not mandatory only hybrid policy is mandatory. But it's best to utilise the bench period effectively so that you can showcase that during the project interview.
