I have been an employee at Wipro Bangalore for the past 2 years as a project engineer. During this time, I haven't been assigned to any actual billable projects. After one year, I went on loss of pay(EBL). Initially, I received training in .NET, but I want to work on a project that involves SQL because I have upskilled myself in SQL, Power BI, and MS Excel. I am not very strong in coding, but I am interested in data management and visualization. I aim to move into a role that will benefit my career as I want to become a data analyst. Despite reaching out to my WMG and other contacts, I haven't received any responses. I've been struggling with this situation for a long time and am unsure how to proceed.
