If you are in B1/B2-- there's no LOP option. You can still request(beg) your hr for the same. But, if you don't have any offer(outside) in your hand- please apply all the leaves- in that way, you will get 2 more weeks to search for a project.

Moreover, ping/call any manager you know of- Or ask ypur wmg to give you the list of all the managers- then call directly if they are not replying you over mail/call..
