Even though there's water clogging, this company still won't give WFH. What's that stupid email ? Discuss with your manager and plan your hybrid work policy. Take care of your personal commuting. Prioritise your safety. This company won't prioritise employee safety, putting it back into our plate itself.

Yeah total BS. The least they could do was give WFH... nobody was asking for holiday (like schools). If someone was drowning also, they will ask for update before the person drowns 😀

Yeah, it's frustrating when management doesn't seem to care. Maybe try discussing it with your manager again, but definitely prioritize your safety over work.
