Trending @Wipro; Has anyone received their promotion letter for October?

I don’t understand the lack of empathy towards the employees by these companies, keeping them waiting waiting n waiting and frustrating them without proper communication. No one knows if they are promoted or not and they would ask the Employees to check in the portal.
