If you have completed 18+ months in B1 band and have 3+ rating in last 3 appraisal cycles then you can ask your manager to nominate you for upcoming promotion cycle. The next cycle is in oct or nov 2024.

Ooh okay…I joined wipro on March 28, 2022…I promoted to B1 after one year I guess… Its my 2 years 3 months running…So it’s alright i think…I’m not missing out right?
