Trending @Wipro; Got promoted from B1 to B2

10% is band hike promotion I got for B1 to B2

So overall 5 years I spent in Wipro and hike duty to Band progression is 20%.

Not really Cypher, just a lot of negotiations with my L2 and convincing had to be done. Late nights and delegated tasks which are not really part of my KRA. That's how I got the promotion.

But mine 1st promotion letters came and after 2 days on PSP Page got updated B2

God knows how the system works. I am yet to receive the letter.

It usually takes 2 years for NGAs to be converted to B1. However the payscale will be a lot different from mine since I have migrated from BPO.
