Trending @Wipro; Got offer from ibm
I have got an offer of 27 lpa from ibm. My current salary is 20 lpa and the company is wipro. Tech stack is Java spring boot aws. Yoe - 9. Is this a good opportunity or do I need to grab any other offers?

Congratulations! During your notice period, keep trying and attend more interviews to potentially secure a counter offer.

I got very few interview calls from kochi ( tier 2 city in Kerala). but they are not even okay with my current offered salary. But I am getting more calls from Bangalore or Pune ( tier 1 loc) and they are offering little more than this. But when compared to the offer I got in ibm isl (product division) that is not that much more to live in tier 1 cities. And my offers salary I get from Kochi( near to my home 80km only) . So what will be better in this context?
1.) Do I need to grab more by bargaining and go with any service company in banglore
2.) Learn dsa and system design for 2 years and try only product companies after 2 year to get heavy package?

In step 1 I fear of layoff as well. I know people who joined service companies with great package and got laid off after 6 months joining. Those guys are still struggling to find a job now.

Good offer go for it

Keep IBM as a counter and look for other opportunities with high pay as much as you can. There is no such limit if everything goes well you can go beyond limits. All the best.

Try for other opportunities unless you join in IBM, if you don't get any other opportunities then my suggestion is to grab it and join IBM

From 20 to 27, thats a raise of 35%, which is good but not great.
Also considering your tech stack, you can easily get upto 32 lpa.
But based on your YOE, 27 lpa is great.
Choice is yours, but if I were you, I would try for other offers as well

IBM is good but try to grab another offers .

I want to tell you that I got another offer from Allianz. Offer CTC - 29.5 lpa ( 28 fixed). Which is good?

First put the paper if you really want to switch and within notice period try to look for better offer.
