Trending @Wipro; Got into worst cultured project after tenure rotation

Hello Everyone, I am on B3 band with 18 lpa in Wipro and recently I had to change my account due to tenure rotation policy but I have moved to toxic environmental project now where too much micro management happened. I have Java, Micro service,Spring boot ,Scala experience and also has worked on GCP cloud,

Any suggestions if I can change project in Wipro or should I look for outside only? I feel very stressed. 😥
