Will there be any action on me if get a 2 star in my appraisal? I am just shocked, how can I get a 2 star?? Now , I fear a little for any repercussions? Could you tell about this? & What is pip?
Depending upon ur performance in pip u will be rated again ig and if there's no improvement u might get removed from project. U can discuss with ur manager on why u got this rating and if u aren't satisfied with the answer raise a grievance redressal (available in that ratings page itself)
Make a group of sufferers who are facing similar issue and go sent court notice from labour court for Wipro Technologies

See many times this happens because on the basis of rating you will get the bonus 25k-50k as per the Joining rule. But if the pip is created then the person will not get the bonus. To save money they do this. It's politics.

Pip is a performance improvement plan, for the people who have poor performance in the project.

If the pip is closed unsatisfactorily then HR can terminate the employee. Also if pip has created more than 2 times.
