Hi all, I just joined wipro 8 months back now i got ratings on my carrier page as 3, can someone explain what is it mean what is the significance of this also does this means my ctc will be increased ??
Not only wipro, any company follows yearly salary appraisal to its employees. The rating which you got now which is 3 is out of 5. Means your work is considered just satisfactory by your project manager.
Last year people received 5-6% hike in their salaries for 3 and 4 star ratings. For the ones who got 5 star received 7-12% hike in their salaries.
Not sure if Wipro is going to give appraisal this year or not. If it does, then you can expect around 5-7% hike on your overall CTC.
What about 4 ratings? How much hike can we expect
