Trending @Wipro; Getting Winow card for 3 days work from office
Hi All,
Last week I went to office 2 days and took comp off leave for 1 day and 2 days - work from home. And today I got a card from WiNow saying I have missed working 3 days from office last week.
Earlier when I used to take leave for 1 day, only 2 days was required for me to work from office. Then why it is happening now.
I raised an incident as well but that incident was also assigned to the WiNow chatbot only and its replies are not at all understandable.
Kindly guide me how I can resolve this issue.
Once your comp off leave request shows as approved in the tool due to no action taken by your manager, then system will consider you as compliant and you. Till the time WiNow will think of comp off as WFH and send non-compliance message.
Please check whether comp off request approved by your manager or not if yes then update the incident that WiNow unable to resolve my issues need human agent help.
