Trending @Wipro; Getting Retained after Resignation

In Wipro do they try to retain you with more than 50% hike after you resign revoking their resignation? And what is better option-

Switching companies if you are getting 50% hike.
Staying in Wipro if they try to retain you by matching the CTC?
Staying in wipro only if Wipro gives more hike than the new CTC?

Bro switching is the best option. If you decide to stay here there's a high chance that you will not be getting any hike next year and maybe a year after that, they will say you're already in the higher salary range for your role. That probably won't be the case if you join a new company
