I am a test engineer in Wipro, B1 band. I need to complete my G&O review. My manager. Told me to add 'Upskilling' G&O. I don't know how to write it. Can anyone pls help me?

G&O this year, can be followed same as you all updated previous year! (You can confirm with manager as well, can be very process to process) If new in the Organisation and have never updated the G&O then can ask with Manager for the G&O template or with your same Band process Colleague.
