Trending @Wipro; From last 1 year wipro is not giving full variable pay amount from 4 quarters. Which is the part of our CTC, where should we raise a complaint?

1 year? Happening since pandemic. Twice they didn't give itself

Yes it depends on the target company has achieved and revenue percentage, it is never given fully and completely as there is always a shortfall in terms of performance of an account, targets not met, I mean it's a loss to employees

I complained to the hr they are telling us we have not met the target contract value that is the reason

I am also getty only 58 percent only
