Guys, I’ve been on bench for 2 months and still haven’t been tagged to any project and not getting any interview calls till now. What will be the next step? Will I get a project, or what happens after 3 months in the free pool?

If you don’t get any projects HR will reach out to you ask you to put down the papers. Remember when they say so, you have to ask them 3 months compensation otherwise they will give you nothing.

Even though chances of getting new projects are only 5% because of year end. But try to reach out to you TSA HEAD.
