Trending @Wipro; For 2 days sick leave onsite manager is asking medical certificate do we need to give him

In wipro we cannot trust management they want donkeys not humans as per my experience in my project.

I think, If the employee's sick leave extends to more than 2 days, then as per the company policy, a medical certificate may be required and concern with your manager/lead.

Check the sick leave policy. I don't think for 2 days but if possible show some proof like Dr prescription or medicine purchase. Important to keep the trust with your manager else you should not feel bad if you don't get hike, promotion etc
