Nah I'm good. Last year gave such a negative feedback. They ignored it all. I don't think the results are even relayed effectively. Otherwise how is 80% people happy with no hike

Same Last yr I also filled it with negative comments. But no actions were taken on those topics.

Even I give negative feedback but majority of the people (80% as you say) are scared or are genuinely happy in the company. People who joined in the last 1 year would be happy because they would have got good hike and hence joined. The ratings are not manipulated but the interpretation of the results may be. We need to have more people give negative feedback otherwise live with the current state
