Trending @Wipro; First giving resignation and then searching job in another org is good as while getting HR calls they want immediate joiners. What's should do?

Hi, Never ever do that. When you have a job, you will have an option to negotiate your joining date. Things will be different on notice period and the chances are 50 50, you may or may not through the interview which puts your career and financial commitments at risk.

Get a offer and give resignation. I believe that's always safe and wise.

But nobody is considering 3 month notice period. Everyone want immediate joiners

Most of the service companies agrees to 90 days notice.

All I am saying is not to take any risk without an offer in hand as I've seen one of my friends struggling without job for 7 months post his release from the company.

Its a very good decision but not ryt now...seeing the current market situation if u r on bench then u may get early release but if u r into any project dont resign .plz be there for some more months

I told same things to recruiters that I am on bench so i can get immediate release but they said they will check with management as not considering bench candidates. I don't understand what's the problem they are not considering the candidates if on bench.

The reason is people are saying the same and accepting the offer letter and then after resignation the HR asking them to serve for 90 days so the new company has to either wait or they will find another candidate. This has happened for multiple companies due to which they are not considering bench candidates or they are asking for resignation email if u say servicing notice period

I request not to do that. I struggled for 5 months when I am in the bench

I'm doing exactly that, but I'm confident about the current market asking about my technology. I'm a Mainframe Modernization Lead. I hold 1 offer and another is in discussion, even Wipro now wants to revise my compensation
It all depends on your liabilities and skillset. I say first study the market, spend some days on LinkedIn. Get some fresh certifications and try referrals first.
