Can anyone please clarify on settlement made if resigned after 45 bench days and eblp leaves exhausted. Will I get 3 months settlement.

Nope, currently on eblp, which will end in a week. I haven't asked for release yet.

I think in wipro as per my understanding the simple calculation is like you will get the salary for number of days in wipro atleast the base pay , if in lop may after leaving the company you will get for the number of days you were there

LOP doesn’t apply for people on notice period. I was on bench through it all and they gave me salary all the months without any kind of LOP.
