Trending @Wipro; Failing SHL test in 1 section in all 3 attempts
I have cleared SHL assessment 2 sections ‘Comprehensive English Grammar’ & ‘Email Writing’ in first attempt it self. But unable to clear listening & speaking part in 2 attempts. I checked with one of my old project manager, he said there is non pip for this. Also, checked with one of Talent manger. He also said no pip. But it is good to clear the test. What is the consequence of not clearing any 1 section in all 3 attempts? I am bit worried for this. So, looking for genuine & confirmed information on this. Thanks in advance.
There is no particular consequence. As wipro is terminating few candidates for not clearing exams. For some wipro is putting ppl in PIP. And some are totally free,means neither termination nor PIP. Nothing. Don't know on what basis Wipro is taking actions
