I've failed to fill the Year end appraisal Form and I'm NGA and not in active delivery so unaware of this form. I didn't receive any rating but my review was closed with no comments. I've come to know that based on this review we will be receiving our 18th month bonus. As I've not filled the form what will be my issue?
