Trending @Wipro; Expert advise required

Hi folks,

I recently received an offer from PwC for 40 lks and 2 lk joining Bonus. This is fixed pay, my Wipro package is 32 lpa CTC and I am in C1 band. My manager is offering 5 lks one time bonus merged to CTC after 1 yr and he is also mentioning that he can initiate onsite next quarter. I have a feeling that’s just a fake promise to retain me. Need expert advise.
