I'm not sure why the wipro is conducting an English communication test for all the employees.
Why are they putting the people into PIP if the employees fail in the English exam.
Worst thing in the wipro.

Seems to be an alternative to step plus. Was told to attend if we want to be eligible for promotion.. so kind of mandatory if eyeing for promotion. But ya a weird thing to put people in PIP for failing english😅
I'm on notice period ,I'm not doing it.
In my assessment as far as I remembered they mentioned me to write one mail to the one company who is actively looking for a support on IT asset management and as a IT service based organisation you would like to make a deal with them for helping in IT asset management soln.
Would you mind sharing the topic of the email writing question ? (Everyone please share to help us to pass in the next attempt)
